1. Who is responsible

GlitchRushGG ("we") is an independent project based in Italy. Contact for any privacy matter: glitchrush.gg@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect, and why

• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of sending you news about our games and the studio. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), confirmed via double opt-in (you'll receive a confirmation email before you're subscribed).
• Feedback form: if you use the feedback box, we receive the message you write and, only if you choose to include it, your email address — used exclusively to read your feedback and reply to you.
• Email contact: if you write to us, we use your data only to reply.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
• We do not send spam: only studio news, and you can unsubscribe in one click.

4. The games and local data

Our games store scores and progress only on your own device (the browser's localStorage). That information is never sent to us and never leaves your browser. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

5. Processors

• MailerLite (newsletter) — processes your email on our behalf under the GDPR.
• Web3Forms (feedback box) — relays your feedback message to our inbox.
• GitHub Pages (web hosting) — like any web server, it may log basic technical data (e.g. IP address) to serve the pages.

6. Retention

We keep your email for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, it is removed from our mailing list.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to glitchrush.gg@gmail.com. There's an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

8. Minors

The newsletter and our communications are aimed at people aged 16 or over. If you're younger, ask a parent or guardian to manage the subscription.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll publish the updated version on this page with its revision date.
